Welcome to Monmouth Comprehensive School

Dear Parents and Students

Welcome to Monmouth Comprehensive School

In our school we encourage everyone to have the highest expectations of themselves and each other as together we Learn to Lead our Lives.

We are proud of our students’ academic achievements.  Just as importantly, we are a school that cares.  We believe that students need to feel comfortable and secure in order to learn and, as a school, we put as much emphasis on creating a supportive and happy environment as we do on academic success.  We achieve both.

I look forward to working with you to ensure the very best learning and life for the young people in our care.

News :: WEEKLY UPDATE

19/1/2018

Made in Dagenham - hope you didn't miss it as it was AMAZING!  The cast were outstanding and The Savoy was the perfect venue.  Our 'stars' feature in The Beacon this week, both in print and with a full review online.

A successful evening at CHEF last night with lots of interest from students.  A big thank you to all the contributors (work places, universities and apprenticeship providers).

Y8 Parents' Evening is on Thursday 25th January.

Pre-Sixth Evening takes place on Thursday 1st February - please see adverts in local press for full details.  The Sixth Form team look forward to showing you around the school.
