We believe that students need to feel comfortable and secure in order to learn and, as a school, we put as much emphasis on creating a supportive and happy environment as we do on academic success. ...MCS BOAT CLUB
The School has its own Rowing Club, using the nearby River Wye. From beginner sessions in Year 8 to National competition across the later age groups, the Club seeks to give every rower the opportunity to be the best that they can be.
Training takes place on all days of the week and includes several mornings before school, as the rowers push themselves to be better. The coaches are fully qualified with many years of experience and safety is the overriding consideration in all sessions.
